SCRA announced that it recently held a dedication ceremony for its Applied Technologies Center located at Nexton in Summerville, S.C.
Construction began on the 78,000 square foot facility last October. The facility houses SCRA’s Charleston-area operations. SCRA will occupy two floors of the facility and will lease space on the third floor.
Choate Construction worked as the general contractor, while LS3P Associates Ltd. was the architect for the new facility.
“We are delighted to be in our new facility,” SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney stated.
