KBR Building Group announced that its Greenville office received a contract from Ferguson Enterprises, which is deemed to be largest wholesale plumbing distributor, for a construction project in New York.
Under the contract, KBR will build a 460,000-square-foot distribution center on an 84-acre site in Coxsackie, New York.
Construction is already underway, and the facility is expected to be completed in late summer 2015.
The exterior of the building features precast concrete wall panels with reveals. The distribution area, which comprises the majority of the facility, includes rack storage with 36’ clear height minimum and an ESFR sprinkler system.
