Middle Street Partners recently broke ground on the Atlantic at Parkridge near Irmo, reports Columbia Business Report.
The 298-unit apartment community will be the $36 million project. It is located near the Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge Hospital campus and near the interchange of Lake Murray Boulevard and I-26.
The complex will include a clubhouse and a stand-alone, two-story amenity center with a fitness facility and executive office space.The complex is expected to be completed in July 2016.
