McCrory Breaks ground on $19 million Simpsonville senior living center

South Carolina-based McCrory Construction Company has broken ground on a 197,702 sq. ft. senior living facility in Simpsonville  to serve the ipstate’s rapidly growing senior population, company executives have announced.

The developer of the project, named The Crossing at Five Forks, is Smith/Packett Med-Com LLC of Roanoke, Virginia. Smith/Packett and its subsidiary Harmony Senior Services, LLC provide ntegrated senior services across America, developing and managing more than 150 senior health and residential facilities with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion.
