Renaissance Development and Saad Resources LLC are developing a 15-unit condominium project in Greenville.
Developers recently attracted onlookers to watch a crew demolish the former 8 O’ClockSuperette, a popular community market on the site. The three-bedroom condos are expected to range from $800,000 to $1.5 million, GSABusiness reports.
Studio Fusion of Charlotte is the architect for the project, called Alta Vista Place. The four story project has eight floor plan options that range from 2,900 square feet to 4,400 square feet.
According to Saad Resources President Greg Saad, construction will probably be completed by summer 2016.
