Liberty Property Trust will build a new building at Caliber Ridge Industrial Park in Greer, GSA Business reports.
The new 156,000-square-foot warehouse is expected to be ready for occupancy in April.
Harper Corp. is the contractor, while MCA Architecture and Arbor Engineering will provide architectural and civil engineering services.
