Victoria Apartments Inc. purchased Lakewood on the Saluda, a 104-unit multifamily rental village about 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, for $3.75 million, reports GSABusiness.
The buyer declined to comment on development plans for the community.
Located at 104 B Stanley Drive, Lakewood on the Saluda includes detached duplex homes with private patios and is managed by a centralized on-site team.
