Luxury Simplified Group announced that its construction division merged with Archer Construction.
Archer Construction will change its name and identity to Luxury Simplified Construction.
Archer Construction brings to the table $3 million dollars’ worth of projects on Kiawah Island, Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. The company has been doing historic renovations for over seven years, according to a news release.
“We are very excited to be a part of the Luxury Simplified team,” stated Joe Lobert, who co-founded Archer Construction. “This merger will give us an opportunity to do rewarding renovation and new construction projects on the Eastside of Charleston where Luxury Simplified is already heavily invested.”
