Grubb Properties is building a 215-unit apartment community in Greenville.
Construction has started on the project at the intersection of River and Rhett streets in Greenville’s West End, according to a news report by GSA Business.
Grubb Properties Real Estate Development Director Rachel Russell said no decision has been made about lease costs for the Link Apartments West End units that will start becoming available in early 2016.
