The University of South Carolina is seeking architectural and engineering services for a renovation project.
Plans call for renovation of 35,000 square feet of existing space in Carolina Coliseum to create a men’s basketball office area and for renovations related to basketball and volleyball team spaces, Columbia BusinessReport reports.
The project on the lower level of the coliseum on Assembly Street will require comprehensive upfit and renovation, while other areas will require only finishes to be replaced.
Work projected to cost $3 million to $3.5 million, the newspaper reported, citing the university’s advertisement in South Carolina Business Opportunities.
