A new boutique hotel is set to open next month in Kiawah Island, reports Charleston Business.
Andell Inn, located in Freshfields Village, will open in March as the first Local Hotel Adventures LLC property. The hotel will be 72,000 square feet and include more than 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
The three-story, 100-room inn will feature studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and workspaces. It will also include a saltwater pool, wraparound porches, a business center and fitness club, the company said.
