Centennial American Properties will work together with Trammell Crow Corporation to develop the four-acre Greenville News property downtown.
The redevelopment plan includes a seven-story upscale hotel, 16 condos, two office buildings, retail and restaurant spaces, a dine-in movie theater and public plazas, reports Upstate Business Journal.

Our team has worked hard to put together a plan that we feel will enhance and bring fresh energy to downtown Greenville with new entertainment opportunities, signature office space and contemporary in-town living.”
The plans will be reviewed at the city of Greenville Design Review Board meeting in January 2015.
